  • Secure Redact SaaS can be accessed through one of our three subscription plans: Basic (Free), Pro or Advanced.

    Depending on your video usage, you can select the plan that is right for you. If you need to add more video minutes to your plan, you can top up at a rate-per-minute, or upgrade to a larger usage plan.

    Subscriptions can be cancelled or upgraded at any time, changes will take effect the next month. The only exception is if you switch from being billed monthly to being billed annually. In this case, you will be charged straight away for the annual subscription.

  • For all payments, we use Stripe. Accepted methods are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide - as well as Apple and Google Wallets and Bank Redirects.

  • There is no credit card requirement when signing up for the Basic (Free) plan and there is no automatic payment when you sign up for this plan.

    At the start of each month, your account will have 20 video minutes. Minutes do not roll over into the next month - this includes any additional top-up minutes you may have purchased.

    Your Basic (Free) plan can be cancelled or upgraded at any time, changes will take effect the next month. The only exception is if you switch from being billed monthly to being billed annually. In this case, you will be charged straight away for the annual subscription.

  • If you are on any Secure Redact monthly subscription plan, any minutes that you do not use by the beginning of your next month will not roll over. This includes any minutes you may have purchased as top-up video minutes.

  • Once you choose to cancel, you will not be billed your next paying month. There is no set date that you have to cancel your subscription/downgrade your plan by. If you have been billed annually, you will not receive a refund for any remaining months.

    Your subscription and any top-up video minutes you may have purchased will last until the end of your current month.

    Once your current month has ended, any remaining minutes will not be carried over and you will be downgraded automatically to the Basic (Free) plan where you’ll have 20 minutes per month for Free.

  • If you cancel your paid subscription plan, your uploaded videos will remain in your account when you automatically downgrade to the Basic (Free) plan.

    Pimloc’s terms state that if you have been inactive for 60 days, we can delete customer video files (details can be found in Pimloc’s privacy policy). If you require secure deletion before the 60 days, please email us at info@secureredact.co.uk.
