Enterprise: deleting a user

Once you are logged in to your Enterprise admin account, go to your account dashboard.

  1. Click the arrow in the top left-hand corner and select “Users”.

  2. Click on the user you wish to delete.

  3. Click “deactivate user”.

  4. Once their account has been deactivated, they will be forced out of the account the next time they take an action. 

NOTE: deactivating a user does not delete their account. If you add the same user again, their account will be reactivated.
